Powerful, networked and efficient: Tool-Temp launches the MATIC Oil 360, which has a heating power of 48 kW
With the new MATIC Oil 360 48, Tool-Temp is expanding its successful MATIC product family with this particularly powerful model. Designed for industrial high-temperature applications of up to 360°C, this new temperature control offers even greater performance with its 48 kW heating power.
As a Swiss manufacturer with decades of experience in temperature control, Tool-Temp continues to prioritise quality, durability, and user-friendliness with this model. The new MATIC Oil 360 48 is designed for use in demanding environments, such as die casting, plastics processing, and metalworking processes with high energy requirements.
At the heart of all MATIC devices is the IRIS control system, which has been specially developed to ensure precise and predictive temperature control in the new model. Thanks to the seamless integration of industrial communication protocols — from Profinet to OPC UA to EtherNet/IP — the unit can easily be integrated into modern production environments.
Intelligent pump control via a frequency converter and an integrated Eco mode ensure resource-efficient operation and significantly reduce energy consumption without compromising control accuracy or process stability.
