Some things you just can’t predict. Interruptions in production due to equipment faults and breakdowns can be caused by any number of issues and always seem to happen at the worst possible time. To get your production operation back up and running quickly, our servicing and repair team, accompanied by their service vehicle, are ready to provide you with specialist on-site assistance.

When something needs fixed – we’re there in a flash
Contact our Customer Service Centre to arrange an appointment and ensure that the cause of the fault is quickly remedied. When they arrive, our service technicians will first carry out a professional diagnosis and then carry out the repair, so you can get back to production.

In the event of a major equipment failure, we are happy to provide you with a suitable loaned unit if you so wish, so that you can focus on what’s most important, your production operation. Please note that in the event of a major equipment failure, we may need to order in spare parts and thus make a subsequent trip to your facilities.

Additional partial warranty – on new components and completed work

  • Benefit from a partial warranty on the components and the completed work. This allows you to use your production plants for longer and avoid major breakdowns due to unplanned repairs.

Diagnosis and identification of the cause in the event of breakdowns

  • The reason for a defect cannot always be immediately identified with a basic inspection. The equipment must first be properly prepared, then you can begin to systematically pinpoint the cause of the fault.
  • Sometimes the nature of the malfunction means that great effort must be made to put the equipment into operation, e.g. it needs to be filled with a heat-transfer medium and performance measurements must be taken. In you are having problems, we can provide you with an equipment fault identification service and recommend possible courses of actions.
  • If required, we can provide you with a comprehensive diagnosis for your equipment. Depending on the result, we will either carry out a simple repair or recommend an overhaul. We advise our customers to subsequently conclude a maintenance agreement following an overhaul of their equipment. This will allow you to significantly optimise the longevity of your equipment.

Repair – on-site – carried out by our competent service technicians
Our service vehicle is equipped with most of the components we need to carry out our work. However, if a spare part is required which we don’t carry with us, we will automatically coordinate this to ensure that you can resume production as quickly as possible.

And when we carry out a repair, you will have the greater security of knowing that your production activities can proceed uninterrupted for longer.

Guaranteed arrival time for repair jobs

  • With the Comfort maintenance agreement, customers can rest easy knowing that should a malfunction occur, the service technician is guaranteed to arrive within the agreed response period. Weekends: Weekend work can be arranged and will be defined in the scope of services.
  • The standard arrival time for a service technician in the event of a malfunction is usually 48-72 hours. This is the response time guaranteed to customers with the Easy maintenance agreement. Please note that weekends are not included.
  • For other customers, we also try to ensure that a service technician is deployed within 48-72 hours in the event of a malfunction. However, we are not able to guarantee this. Please note that weekends are not included.

High spare part availability in the event of repairs
We have a very high vertical range of manufacture and have a correspondingly large spare parts warehouse. This enables us to serve you quickly if necessary.

You can also obtain spare parts from us for your equipment that is older than 10 years. This gives you the planning security for a long use of your production plant.
