Following the successful launch of the dual-circuit units with 2x16 kW and 2x24 kW, Tool-Temp expands its MATIC product line with a new 2x36 kW model. This dual-circuit oil temperature control unit is specifically designed for applications where high performance and stable processes are essential.
The increased heating capacity supports fast heat-up performance and ensures consistent temperature control, even for large molds or energy-intensive applications.
Like all MATIC dual-circuit or dual units, the system features two fully independent control circuits integrated into a compact housing. Each circuit is equipped with its own IRIS control system and touchscreen, allowing separate operation and precise, simultaneous temperature regulation of different zones.
Despite its high performance, the unit remains energy-efficient. Speed-controlled pumps ensure that only the required energy is used at any time, reducing power consumption and operating costs without compromising process stability.
Designed for temperatures of up to 360°C, the unit also stands out with its compact design – a key advantage in production environments where space is limited. Typical applications include plastics processing, die casting and metalworking.
