New Duo units and expanded MATIC Oil range with plate heat exchanger
The requirements for modern temperature-control processes are increasing: higher thermal performance and shorter cycle times increasingly require correspondingly high cooling performance. Tool-Temp is responding to this market demand and is specifically developing its MATIC portfolio further.
MATIC Duo: High cooling performance with water or oil
With the new MATIC Duo 90/150 18 E p and MATIC Duo 90/150 18 H p, two flexible solutions are available for applications in which either water or oil is used as the heat-transfer medium.
Both units are equipped with an integrated plate heat exchanger. This enables high cooling performance in both water and oil operation and efficient removal of process heat.
The Duo technology therefore combines two heat-transfer media in one unit with powerful cooling, while also offering the flexibility to adapt the process to different applications.
MATIC Oil unit: Plate heat exchanger for the first time
The MATIC Oil range is also being specifically expanded with units offering increased cooling performance. The MATIC Oil 200 12 Z p is the first MATIC oil unit with an integrated plate heat exchanger.
The unit combines temperatures of up to 200 °C with high cooling performance and is therefore particularly suitable for applications requiring high process temperatures and powerful heat removal.
The MATIC Oil 200 12 Z p marks the beginning of a new generation of MATIC oil units with increased cooling performance. The range will be gradually expanded up to 48 kW heating capacity.
