Tool-Temp expands MATIC Oil 360 with model with 32 kW heating capacity
With the introduction of the MATIC product line, Swiss family business Tool-Temp AG has set new standards in industrial temperature control. Now the second generation family business is pleased to announce the addition of a new model to the MATIC Oil 360 range of oil temperature control units: the new MATIC Oil 360 32 has been designed for processes with a maximum temperature of 360°C and is now available.
With a heating capacity of 32 kW, the new unit fits seamlessly into the existing MATIC Oil 360 range and can be used wherever more heating capacity is required. Designed for the most demanding industrial applications, such as die-casting, the new model also offers maximum energy efficiency and process reliability - even under extreme conditions. Further models in the successful MATIC Oil range are expected.
The MATIC Oil 360 now comprises three models with 16, 24 and 32 kW heating power. Like the previous models, the MATIC Oil 360 32 is equipped with the intelligent IRIS control system - a proprietary development of Tool-Temp. IRIS ensures precise, predictive temperature control and supports a wide range of industrial communication protocols - from classic interfaces to modern network solutions such as Profinet, OPC UA and EtherNet/IP.
All MATIC models use energy-efficient inverter technology to drive the pump. The integrated Eco Mode ensures that energy consumption is significantly reduced. Intelligent and predictive temperature control avoids unnecessary heating and cooling.
With the addition of the 32 kW model, Tool-Temp once again confirms its commitment to providing the industry with reliable, networked and energy efficient solutions 'Made in Switzerland'.
