New management at Tool-Temp Asia Pte Ltd

As of January 1, 2024, the Swiss parent company Tool-Temp AG will take over 100% of the shares in Tool-Temp Asia Pte Ltd, based in Singapore. As the new managing director, Dereck Tan takes over the operational management of the successful Asian branch.

The long-time partner, Hubert Nerlich, has transferred his shares to the parent company in Switzerland. However, he will continue to support Tool-Temp Asia Pte Ltd as a Director (Member of the Board).

It is very pleasing that Dereck Tan, a long-time employee in the business development and sales department, has been able to recruit a very experienced and loyal employee as General Manager of Tool-Temp Asia Pte Ltd. In his new role, he is responsible for the business development of Tool-Temp Asia Pte Ltd with the subsidiaries in China and Taiwan. “We wish Dereck Tan much success in his new role and look forward to a good collaboration.” says Marco Pellegrino, Chief Sales Officer of Tool-Temp AG.

With this step, Tool-Temp AG is investing in an important, promising market and is looking forward to further establishing and expanding its business in Asia. Tool-Temp Asia Pte Ltd maintains a central warehouse with new equipment in order to be able to serve customers in ASEAN but also in China, Taiwan and India in a timely manner. Collaboration with local sales partners is to be intensified and expanded.
