MATIC Water 90 18 E and H – temperature control units for maximised flexibility in the modern industry

Tool-Temp AG is pleased to introduce the new MATIC Water 90 18 E and H water temperature control units. With this new addition, the MATIC product line is now comprehensively represented in all categories, which marks a significant milestone for Tool-Temp and its customers. The new MATIC Water 90 18 E and H provide precise temperature control up to 90°C and offer a powerful heating capacity of 18 kW. These units are specially tailored to the requirements of modern production processes and guarantee reliable and efficient temperature control. Two pump variants are also available, offering additional flexibility for different applications.

The units of the MATIC Water 90 18 E and H series are characterised by their impressive efficiency. Thanks to the integrated combination of a tubular heat exchanger and a powerful plate heat exchanger, they offer an exceptional cooling capacity of up to 110 kW with a temperature difference to the cooling water of 80°C, which can effortlessly handle even complex processes. Whether applications with high cooling requirements or precise heating processes - the MATIC Water 90 18 E and H ensure consistently reliable results.

Furthermore, the water temperature control units offer the choice between an E-pump with 4 bar or an H-pump with 7 bar allowing the units to be precisely customised to specific requirements. The MATIC Water 90 18 E and H water temperature control units are particularly suitable for applications in plastics processing, such as extruders, calenders or double-walled containers, as well as in other related industries. 

The in-house developed IRIS control system, which is standard in all MATIC units, guarantees precise temperature control and supports the latest industrial network protocols such as Profinet and EtherNet/IP. The ECO mode allows you to benefit from ecological efficiency and the option of storing recipes.

The MATIC Water 90 18 E and H also stand out with their intelligent, compact design. The sophisticated design enables effortless integration into production environments, even where space is limited. This allows customers to benefit from maximum efficiency while optimising the available space in their production facilities.
