IRIS Remote UI: Full control. From anywhere.

Monitor and operate temperature-control units remotely – directly via PC, tablet or smartphone.

With the new IRIS Remote UI, Tool-Temp is expanding the operating options for its temperature-control units. The complete IRIS operating interface will also be available remotely in the future. This means the unit can be operated just like directly via the display on the temperature-control unit – without the operator having to stand directly in front of the machine.

The complete IRIS interface – now also remote

Whether checking the operating status, changing settings or operating the temperature-control unit: all functions available directly on the IRIS operating element can also be carried out via the Remote UI.

The connection is via LAN or WLAN. The Remote UI can therefore be integrated, for example, into a central control room or control centre. Operation via a PC, tablet or smartphone is also possible.

This makes it possible to monitor and control temperature-control processes centrally – reducing unnecessary trips to individual units.

Experience it live at Fakuma, available from the end of 2026

The Remote UI will be available via LAN from the end of 2026. From Q2 2027, connection via WLAN will also be possible. Cybersecurity was considered from the outset during development. The Remote UI is being developed in compliance with the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and takes current security requirements for connected products into account.

This makes the IRIS Remote UI suitable for use in modern industrial environments – secure, flexible and future-oriented.

More flexibility in everyday operation

The IRIS Remote UI creates new possibilities for the organisation and monitoring of temperature-control processes. Several units can be monitored and operated from a central workstation – without the operator having to stand directly at the machine.

See what is happening. Intervene when necessary.

With the IRIS Remote UI, the proven IRIS operation is expanded by a flexible option for remote monitoring and remote operation.
