Tool-Temp launches dual units MATIC Oil 360 2x16 and 2x24 kW

Following the successful launch of the single circuit oil units in July 2002, Tool-Temp is now launching the first dual circuit units in the MATIC range.

The MATIC range of dual circuit oil units, with heating capacities of 2x16 kW and 2x24 kW, are in no way inferior to the tried and tested single circuit units. Specially designed to meet the demands of high temperatures up to 360°C, they are highly efficient and their compact design makes them ideal for use in confined spaces.

Reliable and powerful, these models have two independent control circuits in one housing, which can be controlled independently of each other. Each control circuit of the MATIC Oil 360 2x16 kW and 2x24 kW is equipped with two control systems and corresponding touch screens. This means that different zones of a mould or process can be set to different temperatures at the same time. As the circuits operate independently and each has its own speed-controlled pump, only the energy actually required is used. This not only reduces energy consumption but also operating costs. In addition, the compact design of the dual-circuit temperature control units saves valuable space in the production area.
