Powerful, precise, connected: Tool-Temp expands the MATIC Oil product family with new temperature control units

With the new MATIC Oil 300 12 Z and MATIC Oil 200 12 Z p temperature control units, Tool-Temp expands its MATIC product family with two powerful solutions for industrial temperature control and precise process management.

The new oil temperature control units have been developed for demanding applications in plastics processing, die casting and other industrial high-temperature processes. They combine high energy efficiency, modern Industry 4.0 communication technologies and reliable temperature control in a robust, industrial-grade system.

The MATIC Oil 300 12 Z has been developed for demanding temperature control processes up to 300 °C and brings the proven CLASSIC Oil TT300 platform into the new MATIC generation. Users benefit from maximum process control, enhanced connectivity and user-friendly operation.

With the MATIC Oil 200 12 Z p, Tool-Temp offers a compact and flexible temperature control unit for applications up to 200 °C. The integrated plate heat exchanger provides exceptional cooling performance and high heat transfer efficiency, enabling rapid temperature changes as well as the continuous removal of high thermal loads. This ensures precise temperature control, stable processing conditions and maximum process reliability, even under demanding production conditions.

Like all units in the MATIC series, the new models feature the IRIS control system developed by Tool-Temp. This system enables precise and predictive temperature management as well as intuitive operation. Thanks to integrated Industry 4.0 interfaces such as Profinet, OPC UA and EtherNet/IP, the temperature control units can be seamlessly integrated into existing production systems.

The intelligent pump control via frequency inverter and the integrated Eco Mode reduce energy consumption while ensuring high process reliability and stable production conditions.
